Emily
Founder & Support Worker
Emily is the founder of Territory Together and has over 3.5 years experience working in disability support. She holds a Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) and is currently completing a Diploma of Community Services.
Her passion for supporting people with disabilities started from caring for a family member, which gave her first-hand insight into the importance of compassionate, person-centred support. Emily is dedicated to advocating for her clients and helping them live independent, fulfilling lives. She brings empathy, hands-on experience, and a genuine commitment to making a positive difference every day.
Tina
Support Worker & Hair Braiding Specialist
Tina is a passionate support worker with over 3 years experience working with children, young people, and adults with diverse disability needs. She holds a Certificate IV in Disability and a Diploma in Community Services, and is currently studying a combined Bachelor and Master’s degree in Primary and Secondary Education.
Tina is committed to inclusive, person-centred support and creating safe, empowering environments for everyone she works with. She brings creativity, patience, and reliability to her role, making her a trusted and valued member of our team.
