Our promise

For people with complex needs, inconsistency isn't a minor inconvenience, it sets people back. We built Territory Together around the one thing we kept seeing was missing: consistent, person-centred support from someone who takes the time to know the participant.

Our story starts with what was missing.

Territory Together started with what was missing. Our founder spent years as a carer and in NT specialist schools, watching families do everything right and still not get consistent support. Read her story.

210 residents responded across the NT — 75% said they'd be very likely to use Territory Trims.

Feb 2026

Stage one trials ongoing

Territory Trims trials commenced across Darwin and Palmerston.

50 sessions delivered

Fifty Territory Trims support sessions completed across Darwin and Palmerston.

22 Jun 2026

Officially registered

Territory Together Incorporated registered as a not-for-profit under the NT Associations Act.
