Emily founded Territory Together after years working in NT specialist schools and community services, and before that, as a carer herself. She holds a Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) and is currently completing a Diploma of Community Services. With over 3.5 years of hands-on experience in disability support, she built Territory Together around one thing she kept seeing was missing: consistent, person-centred support from someone who takes the time to know the participant. That is the standard she holds herself and her team to every day.

Vanessa has spent her career working across fitness, health and hair, and brings a rare combination of skills to the Territory Trims team. She holds a Certificate III in Fitness and a Certificate of Attainment in aqua instruction and swim teaching, and is currently studying a Certificate III in Allied Health Services. Hair has been a constant thread throughout, and she has extensive experience working with children, adults and people from all walks of life. Vanessa joined Territory Trims because she believes everyone deserves to look and feel good, and she brings the same warmth and care to every client she works with.

Amy brings over 14 years of hairdressing experience to Territory Trims, including 2.5 years running her own salon in the NT after relocating from South Australia. She specialises in textured haircuts, blondes, precision cuts, colours, foils and event styling, and has a particular passion for children's and men's cuts. Amy has worked in childcare settings, as a toddler and children's swim instructor, and has provided haircuts on community pamper days through Indigenous corporations across the NT. She knows how to read a room, adapt her approach and make clients feel at ease, and that is exactly why she is part of this team.
