To deliver consistent, flexible, person-centred support across Darwin, Palmerston and surrounding areas, by people who take the time to know the participants they work with.
We are still small and still growing.
But that hasn't changed.
A note from our founder
I was a carer. I was also working in NT specialist schools and community services. And everywhere I looked, I saw the same system playing out: families doing everything right, advocating hard for their person, trying provider after provider, and still ending up with a rotating door of workers who didn't know their child, hadn't been trained for their needs, and were gone before any real trust could be built.
For people with complex needs, that inconsistency isn't a minor inconvenience. It sets people back. It causes distress. And it was happening not just in support work but in the smallest, most ordinary parts of life too, like trying to get a haircut.
I started Territory Together because I knew what was missing wasn't funding or policy. It was someone who would just show up, consistently, and take the time to know the person.

Our Approach
Most of us never think twice about a haircut, a lift to an appointment, or someone reliable showing up when they said they would. For a lot of Territorians, those everyday things are out of reach. Not because they don't matter, but because the services around them were never built with them in mind.
Territory Together exists to close that gap.
Here is what that looks like day to day.

We fit around the person, not a roster. Support happens at home, at school or out in the community, at the pace that suits them.

We are built for complex needs, not thrown by them. Our team has real experience supporting people with disability and sensory sensitivities, and they take the time to get it right.

Territory Trims is where this goes furthest. Our mobile, sensory-adapted haircare service brings something as ordinary as a haircut to people a standard salon could never accommodate.
